Futurn is developing the Wouw business park along the Mechelen – Lier – Antwerp triangle, a modern site with three multi-tenant buildings offering a total of 21 high-quality SME units. The location stands out for its accessibility: just minutes from the Duffel train station and town center, close to the N14, and only 4 kilometers from the E19 motorway at Rumst. When Laguinda started looking for a 200 m² unit in the Duffel–Kontich area, their request landed with March Companion Ben Van der Smissen. Thanks to Ben’s intuition and timing, Laguinda found the perfect space on a top-tier site—while Futurn was able to fill one of its last remaining units swiftly and seamlessly.
