After four decades of expertise in the French construction sector, Aconstruct decided to spread its wings to Belgium. The ambition: to set up a fully-fledged Belgian department. To do so, they were looking for an office that was not only functional, but also attractive for new talent. March was brought in to manage that search.
The requirements were clear: easy accessibility via the E17, a modern and inspiring look, facilities that promote employee well-being and sufficient parking. Cotton Park in Kortrijk proved to tick all these boxes effortlessly. The site combines renovated industrial charm with contemporary comfort, just minutes from the E17 and R8.
With an area of 584 m², Aconstruct's new office offers space not only for growth, but also for well-being. Employees can make use of an extensive fitness facility, including a climbing gym, spinning room and yoga room. In addition, Cotton Kitchen, the healthy lunch restaurant on the site, provides culinary delights. These extras make the office an attractive place to work for current and future staff.
“Cotton Park offered Aconstruct the perfect mix of accessibility, appearance and facilities to successfully start their Belgian adventure.” — Michaël Despriet, COO March
Thanks to March's guidance, Aconstruct found a location that not only met their practical requirements, but also reflects their company values. The Cotton Park office is the ideal base for their Belgian expansion and helps them attract talent in a competitive market. March is proud to be part of this milestone in Aconstruct's growth story.
